Video demonstrates amazing camouflage abilities of octopuses
Roger Hanlon captured the footage below showing an octopus blending in so well with its environment you would never guess it was there, until it showed itself.
Roger was studying how camouflage works in cephalopods: squid, octopus, and cuttlefish which are masters of deceiving the eye.
They are also the only animal group we know of that can change the texture of their skin as well as the color.
